Scout Shield Weekend 2001
| Hike Details |
 The
Shield Weekend was held from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th May 2001 in
Kilcully Campsite. The weekend involved patrols of 8 scouts
putting together a site, undertaking bases -such as First Aid,
Backwoods Cooking & Pioneering. They also had to prepare a
test meal and had many other mini-projects to do along the
way. Saturday night there was a campfire skectch competition,
mass and the campfire. on Sunday all patrols were taken to
Tralbolgan Holiday Centre for a morning off before dropping the
sites and finally the presentation. |
